How Do You Start with Healing?

You’ve asked me this question more than any other: Where do I even start with healing?

And I get it. It’s real. It’s honest. And damn overwhelming when your nervous system, mind, and body are already in survival mode.

Because when you’re carrying so much, even the thought of “starting” can feel exhausting and sometimes impossible.

Everyone says, “Just start healing,” but no one tells you what that looks like when you’re tired, scared, and unsure where the pain even began…

For me, it began with grief.

Losing my grandfather cracked something open. What started as loss quickly pulled me into childhood wounds and trauma. And from there, the journey became about following compassionate curiosity.

I had to ask: What happened to me? And eventually: What happened to me may have shaped me, but it doesn’t have to define me.

The only way through was honesty. Honesty about the pain, the experiences (good and bad), and the unhealthy patterns I once thought were normal but needed to unlearn.

Because so many of you have asked across TikTok and DMs, my first solo podcast episode is all about where you start with healing.

In it, I talk about:

  • Why healing begins with honesty, not labeling yourself as broken

  • How to notice the small betrayals of self you’ve normalized

  • Why there’s no “finish line,” just an ongoing relationship with yourself

  • Tiny, practical ways to rebuild trust with you again

If you’ve ever asked yourself “How do I even start?” this episode is for you.

The 4 week workbook

I’ve also created something I’m excited to share with you: a 4-week workbook. It’s a self-guided journey into clarity, healing, and growth.

Something you can sit with at your own pace, with prompts that help you connect the dots between where you’ve been and where you want to go.

For everyone who’s wanted to work with me 1:1 but found it out of reach, this is a way to begin. The investment is $27. That’s it. Inside, you’ll get the exact framework I walk people through in my 1:1 deep dive sessions.

You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to prove anything. You just need a starting point.

Always remember this

Healing isn’t about fixing or labeling yourself as broken. You are not a project to repair. It’s about finally discovering who you are without survival mode.

See you next Saturday. ❤️
